BASIC Computer Maintenance and Support Contract: This service covers basic workstation support including hardware related problems, basic operating system and application issues and queries. A telephonic helpline is available to deal with call logging and first line support. One site visit per month is included for each workstation (a contract for 10 computers would allow for 10 free visits per month). Six-monthly hardware preventative maintenance for each computer and peripherals (printers., etc) is also included.
